You should never estimate the true power of beliefs!
It is 100% true that we all become what we believe in, and this could be negative or positive.
If you deeply believe you’re going to be a successful, rich and wealthy person, then you’ll become one sooner or later.
But if you somehow “unconscious” believe that you’re a loser, weak, poor, unhealthy, or whatever negative belief you may have, then you sure will be that exact way until you do something about it by changing your beliefs.
That means you can work as hard as you can but you still won’t be a successful and wealthy person since your beliefs are stopping you from achieving it.
The same goes for healthiness, you can eat all the right healthy foods out there every day, but if deep down inside of you, you believe you’re unhealthy or will be unhealthy someday, then you’re right!
That also means if you believe you’re going to live a long life or a short life, then, either way, you’re right!
Your reality is a reflection of your strongest belief.
And why is that?
Well, I’m going to tell you everything you need to know in this post in regards to all about beliefs on how it works and how powerful they are!
What Is a Belief & How Does It Work?
A belief is basically a statement that you think it’s true or it could be as simple as a thought that has been repeated over and over in your mind or an idea that you truly trust or have faith in.
That’s exactly what it is!
When you believe in something, you trust it with all your willpower and this is where a lot of people get it wrong because you shouldn’t believe in a negative thought at all…

Believe it or not, it’s a choice to believe in something or not! It’s a choice to see the world differently.
Beliefs are choices. First you choose your beliefs. Then your beliefs affect your choices.
But the moment you start believing in whatever it is, the Universe must make it happen in your life!
And why is that?
Well, our beliefs are formed deep inside our subconscious mind who has 95% control of our lives whereas the conscious mind alone which is the thinking (ego) function only has 5% control of our lives.
And when your subconscious mind grabs the new repeated thought and turns it into a belief that you applied in your mindset, it has and will prove you in the physical reality sooner or later!
It just has to, and that’s either if it’s negative or positive!

Now believe it or not, just because you have a hidden belief there, that doesn’t mean you can’t turn it around!
Yes, that’s right, you can actually put new beliefs in your subconscious mind, and here’s how!
How to Put NEW Beliefs in Our Mind?
The easiest way is through repetition (key) because the moment you’re always thinking about what you want on a constant daily basis, it transforms into a belief, and the more likely the ego will accept it and let it get into the subconscious mind (belief system).
However, it does take time, and it could take anywhere from 21-90 days or more depending on how much your own ego is trying to believe it or trying to block it from becoming a belief.
Upgrade your belief system to match your vision.
And another way is through questioning your own beliefs!
When you notice a negative belief, ask yourself “why do I have this belief?“, “Why do I believe in this?“, etc and your mind/ego will most likely let you know why…
Then after you asked a question, you can simply LAUGH at it and say “I don’t believe it at all”, “it’s not true”, or do like me and say “I refuse to believe it”, but feel it as well…
If you just say or think and not feel it, it won’t work since our subconscious mind works with feelings.
A belief is only a thought you continue to think; and when your beliefs match your desires, then your desires must become your reality.
Believe that you have it, and you have it.
Another way that is effective is to always think of the new belief that you want to replace all day, every day, and sooner or later, your subconscious mind will grab a hold of that and start dissolving the old belief by making it disappear and replace with the new beliefs.
I actually have good results by doing this exact way all the time, but the only way it works is if you do meditation on a daily basis.
That is because when you meditate first thing in the morning, it basically stops your ego from taking over and that way, you can simply start getting in touch with your subconscious mind without the ego interrupting it!
Just remember, the ego is basically our “enemy” since it wants to prove to us all the time through ways like reasons, excuses, and facts.
Whatever you BELIEVE about yourself on the inside is what you will MANIFEST on the outside.
But the higher-self (INTUITION) which is our true inner-Being/Soul/Spirit/God wants to help us with intuitive wisdom in a positive way.
Another advice that you can do to replace your beliefs is by writing the belief down and then write the opposite of it / what you want to truly believe, then cross a line on the negative belief and circle the new belief.

And what I usually do is figure out what old belief I’m carrying on and then LAUGH at it and add a new positive thought of what I truly want to happen and I keep doing that every day of my life until that becomes a new belief on top of that old one…
But the main key for all of this to work by replacing old beliefs with new ones is ONLY through REPETITION day in and day out!
Why You Must Remove Negative Beliefs?
Well, if you don’t why you must remove negative beliefs, then you’re probably heading towards whatever that negative belief is!
Simple as that…
Our subconscious mind and the Universe don’t know that whatever beliefs you have are actually bad/negative for you.
It basically thinks that whatever belief we have is actually good for us, or else, why would we want to believe in that?

It’s been proven by science that our subconscious mind doesn’t know the difference between reality or an imaginary scenario and that means, it doesn’t know the difference between negative or positive.
95% of your life is created by your subconscious mind.
And that’s why it is super important to start being aware by being in the present moment to see what those negative beliefs are for you to start applying new ones before it happens.
Trust me, sooner or later, it will and must happen!
It is by the law of the universe known as the Law of Attraction and that means, no one on this Earth is immune to this law that One Supreme Power/Source/GOD made it for all of us to live by.
So do that and start being aware of those negative and bad beliefs, then do what I showed you above to break these beliefs and put new ones on a daily basis.
