A lot of people out there don’t really know why they are unhealthy, or what is causing their health to decline over time.

People in general think that even though they’re eating junk foods, they assume that they will still get away with it.

But that’s not that case because, over the years, it can and will backfire you and not to mention, your intention is everything!

If you’re eating junk fast food and knowing/aware that it’s bad for you, then that is exactly what’s going to happen…

But if you eat fast food once a week or so with no intention or awareness that is making you unhealthy, then you’re also right.

Whatever your intention/belief when eating certain foods, that’s what you’ll get out of it!

Now to me, what is the whole point in life if there is no health? You can the richest man on earth and be the happiest person as well, but if you have no health, that means nothing.

So let me share with you some interesting stuff that you would want to know in order to be and stay healthy forever!

How & Why We Are WHAT We EAT?

Back in the day as a teenager, I would always eat whatever was on the fridge, on the table, and always got me some type of fast-food, which were lots of unhealthy and high-carbs foods.

I’m talking about eating pizza almost every day, hamburgers, hotdogs, French fries, ice cream, popcorn, donuts, processed sandwiches, sodas, high-sugary juices, plus much more.

Now this went on for many years and even though I always had depression from an early age, I didn’t know that it was actually making it worse than it was…

Not only that, but fast junk foods were also making my stomach very irritated where I started to feel some sort of around my chest and lower area.

Then to find out that it was actually acid reflux and high total cholesterol (257mg/dL), plus extremely high levels of triglicérides (401md/dL) from all the junk and fried foods that I was eating in my daily routine.

Health is a state of mind. Wellness is a state of being.

And guess what? I wasn’t even obese, but just a little fat around stomach.

So when I became an adult, I started becoming more interested in eating healthy and balanced meals on my daily basis!

That is because since I started lifting weights at the gym as a teenager, I knew that I needed enough protein to make my muscle grow.

Now after just a few days of changing my daily foods, I remember that my body started to completely change! I started to become a whole different person…

I started feeling way better like my energy levels were always high, I actually felt full from the healthy meals, and acid reflux started to disappear very slowly but it did. Cholesterol levels also dropped significantly.

I also seemed to be happier, less depressed, and always in a better mood which that is from the nutrients, vitamins, amino acids, minerals, and all that comes ONLY from healthy meals.

Therefore, having healthy meals, I was getting enough nutrition to fuel up my body and keep it running great as it should!

So my point here is that we are really what we eat!

There is no doubt at that at all..

You can’t eat junk, fast foods or fried meals and expect to be healthy, feel great, or even look great!

It just won’t happen! I am proof based on my experience…

Health Is Wealth?

Millions of people, if not billions are most likely ONLY focused on making themselves wealthy or as I may say, make more money than ever!

Yet, if you don’t know, there is actually no wealth without being healthy

What is the point of working your butt off day and night, and actually make millions, but your health who is much more important in your life is declining?

You may get rich, but by the time you actually have the financial freedom to do whatever you want, your health is no longer the same!

Oh man, this happens with a lot of people! We see it all the time.

I mean, don’t ever trade your HEALTH for money or time because your health and life, you may not be able to get that back, but the money you can always receive more than ever!

It is true that all the money in the world could never buy us back good health. If it could, then the very few billionaires out there who have the money, they would have much better health.

So I say, why not focus on BOTH, your health which is the first goal, then you go after your financial duties to become rich and have the financial freedom you want over time.

If you don’t make time for your wellness, you will be forced to make time for your illness.

That way, both your health and wealth will continue to only get better and better every time!

Now here’s what you should do be and maintain your health in top level!

How to Actually Be Healthy?

Even though eating healthy meals is part of being and maintaining your health in a healthy state, but it’s not everything!

Which is what you’re thinking, saying, looking, focusing, or giving attention, that’s what really matters!!

Imagine yourself eating a healthy and balanced diet every single day, but in your mindset, you’re thinking thoughts of sickness, diseases, death, and so, you basically won’t be healthy regardless if you eat healthy foods on a daily basis because you will attract what you’re focusing on a daily basis.

Same goes with what you’re saying about yourself or someone else, what you’re actually seeing, or focusing by giving your attention!

If you’re constantly looking at negative stuff like diseases, sickness, death negative news, or saying/having beliefs that “life is short”, “live as if today’s is your last day”, etc and all that, then you’re basically attracting it to you at all costs.

There is no doubt of that!

Yes, that means if you are actually diagnosed with something, you shouldn’t think, say or focus anything in terms of that because if you do, it will never leave you, but make it worse until it comes to death.

I’m telling you, people have cured themselves completely with the power of the mind which is by changing their mindset and their whole environment like daily habits and so.

Therefore, you MUST focus ONLY on healthiness at all cost.

  • You must think healthy thoughts/ideas that you’re actually healthy regardless if you’re currently not, but you will be if you change your daily thoughts. Also have thoughts that ‘life is long’.
  • You must say ONLY healthy words, especially about yourself and others like ‘I AM VERY HEALTHY’. Don’t EVER affirm a sickness, disease, or anything negative about yourself because you’ll attract more of that, and I’m sure that’s not what you want.
  • You must try to ONLY look at positive and healthy stuff because whatever you’re looking at with your eyes, you can attract it to you at all costs.
  • You Must ONLY imagine yourself and visualize yourself as a healthy being, not the opposite. ONLY focus on what you want at all costs if you want to be and maintain your health in a good state.

And that is also, you should ONLY put your attention on a healthy state of healthiness regardless if you’re currently not healthy or think you’re not healthy, and that’s what I do!

Positive thought will move you in a healing direction. Negative thought will move you into an illness direction. Choose your thoughts to choose your direction. – Unknown

I was able to get my mother to heal herself and cure her own self by ONLY changing her mindset.

When she stopped talking about it or affirming the negative stuff, and when she stopped thinking about it or focusing on it, that’s when things started to become more positive!

So do that, start REPLACING junk, fried fat foods with eating healthy meals, plus change your mindset and your focus, you’ll start to become healthy all over again.

How To HEAL & CURE Yourself? – Real-Life Results

If you currently have no type of sickness, disease or anything that you have been diagnosed, then I highly suggest you do what I showed you above like;

  • Replacing bad, unhealthy foods with Healthy meals
  • Think of being Healthy
  • Speak of Healthiness
  • Focus ONLY on being Healthy
  • ONLY Imagine & visualize yourself in a healthy state of being.

Whatever you put your energy and attention to, it will happen in reality! So do that by starting TODAY, now before something negative comes down the road!

Trust me, if you continue to keep eating junk and fast foods on a daily basis, in a couple of months or a few years, unhealthiness will come to you at all costs.

There is no doubt about that. People will never be able to live a healthy long life by putting negativity and bad foods in their bodies. It will never work!

That also means you need to be healthy in order to be wealthy.

We all NEED the nutrients, the vitamins, the minerals, the amino acids, etc and we only get that from healthy and organic meals.

NOW be 100% aware that you should NEVER ignore any type of symptoms whatsoever because the moment you feel or start feeling some type of negative sensation or pain, then that is your body showing you and telling you that something is not right.

A lot of people basically get used to the pain, where they will live for several years ignoring it until it becomes a sickness/disease or death.

Time doesn’t heal, consciousness does. – Unknown

Therefore, DON’T wait for something bad to happen to you, but start looking for what it is that is causing you this pain or feeling to heal it!

You own it to yourself, you’re 100% responsible for your own health, for your body and your lifespan. You’re actually no “victim” of it unless you were born with it.

It something bad is there, you caused it yourself without being aware of it, which could have been through your daily foods, thoughts/mindset, negative feelings and emotions such as daily stress, what you’re focusing and watching on a daily basis such as news/negative stuff, or how you have been acting since the Law of Attraction is responding for every single one of us.

So yes, you are 100% responsible for your own body, your health, and everything around your life!

But if you have been diagnosed with a sickness, disease, or you know and feel like something in your body is NOT right, then I highly recommend you use a very effective non-religious but self-healing prayer here…

They call it Ho’oponopono which is a Hawaiian spiritual cleanser practice prayer, and I have been using this for a long time and I suggest it to anyone who needs to heal themselves in all types of conditions, circumstances or whatever it may be.

When you use this self-healing prayer, what it basically does is reset the negative energy within you and release the bad emotions/feelings for you to be free all over again from the bad energy that caused negative issue/s!

Wikipedia states that this prayer is a “practice of reconciliation and forgiveness”, and I agree 100%.

So this is how Ho’oponopono self-healing practice prayer works, which is by 4 parts:

  • Admitting responsibility by SAYING “I’m sorry.”
  • Asking for forgiveness by SAYING “Please forgive me.”
  • Expressing gratitude by SAYING “Thank you.”
  • Giving love by SAYING “I love you.”

Now all you would have to do is close your eyes and put all your intention on whatever that needs to be healed and cured, then you basically say the 4 effective phrases with meaning to actually get healed!

But you MUST say and actually feel what you’re saying with full intention like;

  1. SAYING: “I am sorry.”
  2. SAYING: “Please forgive me.”
  3. SAYING: “Thank you.”
  4. SAYING: “I love you.”

Say these 4 phrases and actually mean it for a session and do this 108 times for a complete instant healing process!

What you’ll be doing is asking whatever sickness, disease, or whatever “error” that is happening or happened to actually FORGIVE yourself and allow new energy to flow and heal.

Trust me, it works very effectively because since we have a ‘higher-self’ within each one of us, which basically means God’s spirit is inside of us, we all can HEAL ourselves and others regardless of anything.

Now I personally have added another important phrase, the BLESSING word to make it super-advanced and much stronger than it already is!

For Example:

  • If I have a deep headache, or if someone has a disease/sickness, I would add whatever it is and say the extra BLESSING phrase + the 4 Ho’ponopono original phrases such as;
  1. “Deep headache BLESSED.”
  2. “I am sorry.”
  3. “Please forgive me.”
  4. “Thank you.”
  5. “I love you.”

Another Example:

  1. “I’m protected from coronavirus & BLESSED.”
  2. “I am sorry.”
  3. “Please forgive me.”
  4. “Thank you.”
  5. “I love you.”

Last Example:

  1. “My Health is a BLESSING.”
  2. “I am sorry.”
  3. “Please forgive me.”
  4. “Thank you.”
  5. “I love you.”

Yes, you can add whatever it is before the “BLESSED” or “BLESSING” part that you want to heal, and what would happen as soon as we say these effective phrases with meaning and with the full intention of each word, we start to immediately feel a RELIEF instantly.

Try it yourself by repeating each session for 108 times, you can add whatever you want to heal but make sure to have a full intention, which over time you will heal and actually cure yourself or whatever it is that you want to relieve.

That’s the same self-healing prayer that I used to heal and cure my mother, and it worked so effectively that my mother is feeling 100% well all over again!

Now the only way you’re going to believe that it really is effective is through you practicing it on a daily basis.

Just do it, focus on it and actually feel each word as you speak! I’m telling you, this will do a miracle!

I don’t care if you have cancer, nearly death experience, or whatever it is because this will HEAL and CURE whatever it is that you need to relieve!

But you have to also believe it!

By believing that you’re healing or healed, that’s what causes the process of actual healing, which means the healing will only come if a person believes it.

It works because as according to a source, what it does is “bring yourself back to a natural zero emotional state where everything is in balance“.

And if you don’t know, everything is energy and energy doesn’t lie!

When you send good forgiving, loving, and gratitude energy/vibes to the issue that you may have or even to someone as I did to my mother, it causes a blessing or as I may say, a miracle and you’ll instantly start to feel an inner relief feeling within you, and that is when you know it’s working as it should!
