People think that failure is bad, but it actually is NOT. If you don’t know, every successful person has failed several times and that is the reason why we are very successful.
Without failures, there is no success!
One of my favorite quotes from Thomas A. Edison who was the first person to have found a way to create light and make it work states:
I have not failed. I’ve just found 10,000 ways that won’t work. – Thomas A. Edison
Imagine if he considered “failure” as lost and give up, he would have never had found a way to actually create light.
So my point here, we all need the failures in order to succeed!
However, most people want success but don’t want to fail or are afraid of failing. If this is you, then you will never succeed because again, failures are part of success.
I personally think of failures as lessons or feedback that only taught me, and it is exactly that!
So let’s talk more about how failures is a good thing! Follow down..
How & Why Failures Is Part of Everyone’s Success
As I mentioned above, people want success but don’t want failures, right?
Well, if you think like that, then it’s would be very hard to actually achieve some success in your life.
Me, I personally have failed way more than I succeed, but that’s totally fine because it only showed me that what I was doing was not the correct way.
Failures are what lead me to have all the success that I have today.
If there were no failures in my life, then I wouldn’t have had any type of success or be where I am today…
Every failure is a lesson. If you are not willing to fail, you are not ready to succeed. – Unknown
Therefore, why be afraid of taking risk and failing?
Put this in your mind, we only fail when we actually quit and give up. Yes, that’s the true definition of failure to me.
By the way, the famous Basketball star Michael Jordan once said;
I have missed more than 9,000 shots in my career. I have lost almost 300 games. 26 times, I’ve been trusted to take the game winning shot and missed. I’ve failed over and over and over again in my life. AND THAT IS WHY I SUCCEED. – Michael Jordan
Can you see what I’m trying to say here?
This is no joke. I mean, the word failure doesn’t even exist in my vocabulary. It doesn’t define anything that I ever did because I have the same mentality as the 1% successful population that I would never give up regardless of anything.
I can’t remember once in my life that I truly gave up and quit.
Well, probably in school when I dropped out at the age of 16 years, so sure that could consider “failure” since I quit, but actually NOT because I think of it as I MOVED ON with my life.
So to me, failing is one thing and moving on is another thing!
How Failures = Success?
I personally kind of like failing and challenges because failing is only teaching me new lessons aka its basically feedback on what works and what doesn’t!
The more I fail, the better and greater chance I have for success..
Therefore, I embrace failures at all cost!
Failing is actually fun, failing makes life more interesting in my point of view.
Losers quit when they fail. Winners fail until they succeed. – Robert T. Kiyosaki
Imagine if there were no failures or challenges in our lives?
Do you think you would enjoy your life better?
Well, I don’t at all !
Just like climbing a hill or a mountain, it is far more fun to actually climb than to be at the top.
It is during the process that makes it so enjoyable and fun. Think about it real quick!
If there were an elevator to the top of the mountain, would that be fun?
No, not at all, it just won’t… So the steps aka the process part is actually fun, exciting, and enjoyable.
If you fail, never give up because F.A.I.L means, “First Attempt In Learning”. End is not the end, in fact E.N.D means, “Effort Never Dies”. If you get NO as an answer, remember N.O means, “Next Opportunity”. So let’s be positive. – A.P.J. Abdul Kalam
See, if you really want to be so successful too, then you have to like failing and failures. The more you like to fail, the more chances you’ll have to actually NOT FAIL.
Trust me, I know!
I have had over 9+ business companies which some made me a lot of money like millions, but a few of them did really “fail” since I made little to barely any money in these so-called “failure companies”.
But again, I don’t consider it a “failure”, to me it’s just a lesson learned or feedback who taught me that what I did didn’t work out for me, but that doesn’t mean it won’t work for you or someone else.
So basically, failure to me is not trying it at all.
If you learn from defeat, you haven’t really lost. – Zig Ziglar
The MORE You Fail, The Higher Chance You’ll Have to Gain Massive SUCCESS!
I remember seeing an interview video of Elon Musk who is a billionaire and the founder of multiple successful companies like Tesla, PayPal, SpaceX, etc.
He mentioned that he had no wisdom or experience with rocket launchers before, and he founded SpaceX where he put a lot of money in it to launch its first rocket launcher.
Which, this very first one, it blew up immediately after they launched it… So he basically “failed” this rocket launcher and lost a lot of money.
Then the second time that he tried, the same thing happened but according to him, he would never ever quit…
Failure is only the opportunity to begin again more intelligently. – Henry Ford
As he explained, he had some leftover money which he put it all in and since the past two launches taught him some lessons, where he basically kept doing every possible thing to successfully launch his 3rd rocket launcher to space, and believe it or not, this 3rd one succeeded !!!
So my point here, we should never quit. Especially if it’s something that we truly want in our lives.
Imagine if Elon Musk had quitted the first launch or the second launch, then that would be a true “failure” because when we give up, failure just won.
You never fail until you stop trying. – Albert Einstein
Now, believe it or not, ANYTHING in this world is POSSIBLE. Impossible doesn’t exist at all in my point of view.
Basically anything can be achieved if we don’t give up and quit, but actually learn from our mistakes…
I remember another successful person which I can’t remember his name, he said that “he would rather die than give up“…
Wow, that’s truly inspiring to me!
That’s pure heart, that’s the kind of mindset that we all need in order to succeed or achieve whatever we want.
Don’t ever let failure or failing define what you want! Again, the more we fail, the better chances we have to succeed.
There will always be a way or maybe infinite ways to achieve what you want. You just have put all your heart in and have the 1% successful mindset to go after it and get it!
Be a lion, never give up ever in your life! Embrace failures, love to fail, and sooner or later, success will be knocking on your door.
But that is if you don’t quit or give up!
I hope this post has inspired you, motivated you, and allow you to see failure as a lesson as well!
Failure is not the opposite of success, it’s part of success.
I’ll show you how to follow your purpose and how to listen to your own intuition, which by doing that, you’ll “fail” much lesser because our intuition is our own guidance!
If you listen to it and follow it, you’ll have a much greater chance to manifest and achieve whatever you want in this life.
If “PLAN A” didn’t work, The alphabet has 25 more letters! – Unknown
It doesn’t matter how many times you fail. You only have to be right once and then everyone can tell you that you are an overnight success. – Mark Cuban
By the way, a billionaire once told me that reason why he has achieved so much success is because of him following his intuitive guidance all the time, which allowed him to make great decisions and led to faster success!
