I’m sure you have heard of it before by someone saying, “grow some balls”!

Well, in today’s date and age, there are a few proven ways to enlarge our penis sizes, but what about the growth of testicles enlargement size!?

According to the sources that were found, researchers at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology conducted studies to examine the effects of yogurt on obesity. 

And what researchers did, they fed one group of mice with ONLY junk food diet which is high in fat and low in fiber and nutrients.

Then the second group of mice ate standard mouse food. One half of each group also received vanilla-flavored yogurt.

At the end of the study done, the testicles of the mice that ate yogurt were five percent (5%) heavier than those of the standard diet group, and 15% percent heavier than the junk food group.

Well, for mice, that is a lot of testicle growth in my opinion!

So researchers found that probiotic microbes found in most yogurt helped make mice slimmer and healthier, which encouraged the growth of the testicles as well.

Now since yogurt isn’t just for mice, other researchers are looking at the benefits of yogurt for the quality of semen in us men!

However, even though the studies was done on groups of “mice”, lately I have had some personal experience since I include Non-Fat Vanilla-flavored Yogurt with Probiotic in my daily diet!

Perhaps, it’s been more than 6 months and my testicles do seem to hang a little heavier, feels fuller and a bit of growth seems to have occurred.

  3. Another option would be to get a cloth and dig it under cold water, then wrap it around the testicles. 
  4. Or how about doing the most aggressive way would be to ICE up your boys there. Grab a cube full square ice, then massage them until the ice wears off. I have done this, and it actually feels great! 

(p.s. I also recommend you sleep butt naked every night with no underwear or shorts to let your testicles stay cool and fresh.. You might wake up with a hard wood by the way!.)

Not to mention, I also do not ride any bicycles or engage in any activities that will keep my boys sweating and crowded with hot air and tight against my body that leads to rising up the testicle’s temperature.

So as I always say, make sure to keep them cool all the time, at all cost for their own best health, for testicles natural growth and overall improvements!

Testicles Exercises

I’ve shown you some of the penile exercises known as Kegels in another post that I do them on the daily basis to keep allowing my 8″ inch monster pecker to keep growing but mostly to maintain my size, and to have full control of sex, today is a little different!

You’ll be using your own testicles to help boost more testosterone and gain a number of benefits such as :

  • Improve blood circulation in the testicles and scrotum area

How to do the STAGE 1 best testicle exercises? 

Unlike other folks out there, they may recommend you to do some type of “warming up” your boys there, but since we all now know all about cooling your eggs for benefits, it’s best to never do that because AGAIN, our “balls” are much healthier in cool temperature instead of warm.

But if you want to take that route, just wrap your scrotum with a warm cloth or dip it into a cup of warm water for 2 minutes, or even consider taking a warm shower.

Either way, now here’s how to workout your testicles! 

1. Grab one of your “boys” with one hand, while having the other hand holding the penis up.

2. Now you start massaging by moving the tips of your fingers in a slow and circular motion on top of one of your boys which will be moving around all over the sack there. Just keep going for 90 seconds!

3. That’s right, each session should last for 90 seconds with each testicle massage. Then jump to your other one. Do theses sessions for a total of 10 minutes 3x per week.

Remember: Go slow and be careful not to put a lot of pressure there and hurt your boys. 

Now in the upcoming months, you’ll experience the benefits of these testicles exercises!

By the way, I suggest right after your workout to cool them or ice them because the cooler it is, the better, bigger, and healthier they become.

This is why I don’t use underwear whatsoever to keep them cool and hanging with enough space to breath, especially with a bigger penis size!

Give your sack enough space to breath and be sexually healthy!

How to do the Advanced STAGE 2 testicles exercises? 

Since I’ve shown you the basic testicles exercises (stage 1) above, it is important that you should always massage and exercise your testicles there to naturally produce more testosterone, increase testicles size, and other benefits!

Now let’s down to the stage 2 advanced workout!

Again, if you want to warm up your boys there, go ahead!

All you will have to do is wrap a warm cloth over the testicles for 2 minutes, which will help loosen up the scrotum skin.

Again, I don’t recommend this because it is best to always keep your “nuts” in the cooling state at all times for a healthier sexual package.

Let’s get started ! 

1. Move both testicles into a corner of your sack.

2. Grab the sack while keeping your both boys on a corner and lock your hand there while holding it.

3. Then use the other hand to massage them in a circular motion and slightly putting a little pressure and gripping them to stimulate. 

Note: See the image there. Do this for 3-5 minutes, at least 3 times a week for best results.

After you are done, COOL them up by grabbing a wide-opened bowl, let some cold water run in, then dip your testicles ONLY (not your penis, but your eggs) inside the bowl of cold water for a couple of minutes.

Or ice them which only your “balls” gets cold!
