In today’s modern lifestyle, there are billions of people who are always stressed out on a daily basis.
Yet, most of us probably have no idea how bad it is to our overall health!

I feel totally weird where my whole body starts accelerating faster than ever, as I mean my heart starts pounding rapidly, my head seems to causes migraine symptoms, blood pressure increases and all the bad things start to happen in my body.

Yet, some people probably don’t even notice it much because if they’re used to stress on a daily basis, they think that it’s “normal” when it’s definitely not…
Being in a stressful mode, you’re looking for a lot of negative things to happen to your own body.
What Causes People To Be Stressed?
There are many reasons why a person might feel stress…
And this is all because they can’t control themselves which if they could, they would feel calm and relaxed instead regardless of what happens.
But the main reason someone gets stressed out is because of their own reaction to what is happening in the outside world.
That means you’re reacting to what’s happening outside of you, and this is where everyone gets it wrong since we CAN NOT control nor do we have any control of what happens out there.
You’re slowly killing yourself by always getting into this mode by something that you have zero control of it and this could be a situation that just happened, a circumstance, a negative event, or a person acting like a fool.
The people in your life should be a source of reducing stress, not causing more of it.
Again, you ONLY have control of yourself and how you react to anything.
And what I mean here is what when something bad happen, you do have 100% control to stay calm, relaxed and still feel blessed that nothing really bad happened to you or to your body.
