It is true that anything you complain about, you do make yourself seem like a victim of whatever you’re complaining…
The same goes with judging yourself, others, or anything negative!
And the worst thing that you should know is that the more you complain, the more your mind will give you things to make you complain even more than you already did.
How does that sound?
Well, it is according to the Law of Attraction which states ‘like attract like’ and that’s why if you make yourself a victim of whatever, the world will conspire to truly make you a victim. Yikes!
That’s no good!
But I’m going to explain how everything works because I know I used to complain a lot back in the day until I was actually noticing that the Universe was making things happen to allow me to keep complaining all the time.

What Does COMPLAINING Truly Mean?
On the internet, it states that to complain is to; express dissatisfaction or annoyance about something or someone.
So to complain is actually the opposite of accepting, approval or compliment.
Sure, one might complain about the suffering of a pain from a sickness, illness, or death trying to come across and yes, you have the right to do so with a professional doctor to help you fix the problem.
But I’m not talking about this type of issue, I’m talking about how most people are going on their daily basis complaining about everything even when the good things arise.

And you know exactly what you have been complaining about on your day in, day out!
It is true that most people have this negative habit to judge, to complain, and always having negative opinions without even being aware of it and that is because of your ego who has taken charge of you.
You think you’re your mind, you think you’re your thoughts or emotions when in reality you’re not that but the inner-being that is aware of your thoughts, emotions, and mental activity.

But it is also true that any negative thoughts of complaining, judgment, or anything negative is a waste of energy and time, but again, the more you do it, the more you make yourself a victim of whatever you’re saying or thinking where karma will come along and bite you.
And that means you can’t see the good side of things, you can’t enjoy anything at all, and you’re living as a pessimist and have a miserable life since that is what your mind is programmed to do.
So ask yourself, is it really worth complaining, judging, or giving any negative statements?
I don’t think so, I would definitely not waste my time and energy on such nonsense!
Why You Would Want to STOP Complaining?
Most people think that complaining, comparing, judging others, giving negative opinions, or whatever the case is will make them somewhat “feel better”.
But it’s not making you as your inner-being/higher-self/soul/spirit to feel better, but only your EGO who is your complete mind and all it is doing is boosting up your ego and it becomes inflamed and more irritated than ever.
Yes, the EGO LOVES IT!
And if you don’t know, all human beings on this Earth have an ego within them and if you’re really dominated by it, it has the power to take your own life out of you since you’re not it, but the soul behind it.
It happens all time, we all see depressed folks committing suicide on a daily basis either by taking their own life away or taking others along!
But again, it is the EGO making yourself a victim out of life, yet it is actually more of mind-made thoughts and emotions that are triggered by it.
Complaints are just a waste of time and energy. If you are not comfortable with a situation, change your stategy. If you still are not happy with the results, then change your attitude but never complain. By complaining you get nothing. By being positive you get everything. – Unknown
And the reason why you would want to stop complaining is that you would stop satisfying your ego unless you want that miserable life!?
I’m sure you don’t!
But don’t take your ego seriously even though it might be your enemy because the moment you take it as a personal problem, all you’re doing is creating more problems within yourself without being aware of it.
Complaining is one of the ego’s favorite strategies for strengthening itself. Every complaint is a little story the mind makes up that you completely believe in. Whether you complain aloud or only in thought makes no difference. Some egos that perhaps don’t have much else to identify with easily survive on complaining alone. When you are in the grip of such an ego, complaining, especially about other people, is habitual and, of course, unconscious, which means you don’t know what you are doing. – Eckhart Tolle
What the ego does is act as if it is you, which is not! You’re not your thoughts, your emotions, your past experiences, perceptions, or none of that.
But you are light Being behind it and when you figure that out, you will take a greater power towards your ego!
Bottom Line: What To Do to STOP COMPLAINING?
Simple as it is!
I did mention in the beginning that the opposite of it is to accept, approve, or give a positive statement such as a compliment!
That’s basically it!
Most of your complaining, judgemental, or negative opinions are all mind-made thoughts or expressions from negative emotions which again, it’s not you but your old conditioned mind called your ego taking over your life.
See if you can catch yourself complaining in either speech or thought, about a situation you find yourself in, what other people do or say, your surroudings, your life situation, even the weather. To complain is always nonacceptance of what is. It invariably carries an unconscious negative charge. When you complain, you make yourself a victim.
And what you do is you observe your mind activity such as your thoughts and emotions all the time and be in the present moment, and as soon you notice that urge to want to complain or to think anything negative and before you say it, make sure you accept whatever it is that’s going on in your mind.
And the same goes with emotions!
The moment you notice yourself being dissatisfied about anything, just approve that your body is trying to make you feel miserable and surrender to that emotion and guess what happens?
That emotion or thought will disappear at that exact moment because you didn’t give it your energy or time to allow it express on the outside.
Now if it’s something that is truly happening where I mean, it’s not mind-made thoughts or judgment, you have three options;
- Accept it and ignore your mind
- Move yourself out of the situation
- Take action to change the situation
I remember a couple of days ago, I went to my farm of cattle and my tire hit a rock, boom my tire popped! And guess what?
My ego/mind had an urge or trigger to “want” to complain and I noticed it at the right second and I completely accepted it that it did pop, I approved it that it did happen either by hitting the rock or whatever that caused it, and option number #2 was not the best decision in this particular case.
So what I did was take option #3 to take action to change the situation and I did.
Accept – then act. Whatever the present moment contains, accept it as if you had chosen it. Always work with it, not against it. Make it your friend and ally; not your enemy. This will miraculously transform your whole life.
I walked behind my truck while focusing on my breath, got the equipment needed to take out my reserved wheel, got it out and walked up to my front tire that had popped, used the tools to remove it, and simply changed the wheel without using my mind at all.
Then later on the day, I got to the city and went straight to a wheel/tire shop and they fixed it for me and had put it back for me!
Now imagine if I would have complained, judged the situation, or said anything negative about what has happened? What would I have gotten out of it? NOTHING but wasted energy and time which is a BIG NO-NO!
Just like the other day when I felt kind of somewhat “low energy” as I seemed exhausted but I immediately noticed that it was my ego trying to express itself as if I was really tired since the day before, I worked until late at night…
So I needed to head over to the gym, and what I did was accepted it and ignored my mind, then I grab the best pre-workout and poured a few powders into my drink, and boom, I felt incredible again and got to the gym on full motivated mode on!
