What Is Life?
Life is the existence of a living species which could be humans, animals, plants, trees, or anything that changes or grows to evolve.
The moment you stop changing or growing, then you’re just dead.
But you’re probably thinking, well I’m not charging or growing on a daily basis, I have been the same way for many years…

And the answer is yes, you are evolving! Every day you learn something new, and that’s growing to me. Again, the only time you stop changing/growing is because you pass on to a new dimension world aka a dead body.
Common sense, huh?
Now if you don’t know, life is not based on what’s happening to us, but more of responding to all of us.
That’s right!
People think they are “victims” of their own lives and the honest truth is that all you’re doing is making yourself a “victim” by the story you’re telling your mind.
Everyone has their own story. A reason why they are the way they are. So don’t judge them if you don’t know their story. – Unknown
The same goes for successful individuals out there!
The reason they are successful is not because of an accident but because their story is quite different. They have a winner mentality, whereas others have a loser mentality.
Think about that real quick…
Is your story in your mind of negative ideas or positive ones?
Have you been negative for the past month and couple of years, or have you been positive all the time?
Well, to know is just look at your current life right now! How is your life going so far? You definitely know.
That’s how you’ll know your story, but of course, there is much more than that!

How to Know What Is The Story You’re Telling Yourself?
Well, I’m going to get into more details about this!
You know, the law of attraction works very effectively and it is always working 100% 24/7 without a doubt, and I’m going to prove it to you right now!
If you really analyze and look back at what you have focused on, what you put your attention to, and how your intention was, you’ll actually notice that everything has manifested in your life…
Just look at your life right now!
Think about how you think, look at your thoughts, what’s your thoughts, and what are your daily ideas, that’s the story you’re telling yourself!
Yes, you’ll notice that the Universe/God has truly responded to you and delivered everything to you regardless if you were aware of it or not.
You write your life story by the choices you make. You never know if they have been a mistake. Those moments of decisions are so difficult. – Helen Mirren
That also means regardless if it’s positive or negative since the Universe/life doesn’t know the difference between truth or fiction, but only knows what you focus on and that it has to deliver it to you.
You can’t have a negative mentality and expect a positive life or positive results. It just would never happen because according to the law of the universe, the law of God, or whatever you want to call it, we all live by this incredible “law”.
No one is immune to it unless you’re dead!
Can you see what I’m saying here?
Everything is common sense, but we all make it hard on ourselves, in our lives.
So that means if your story that you’ve been telling in your head were only thoughts of success, wealth, good health, happiness, joy, peace, gratitude, love, positivity, etc then I know that you’re living in this state of being aka you’re living in a blissful life and you love your life.
But if your story has been negative all the time meaning you’re looking and searching for negative ideas, your thoughts are pure negativity, you think of poverty, always thinking about unhealthiness, sadness, depression, hatred, envy, etc then your life is probably miserable right now!
And that’s a fact!

As I said, you just can’t get the opposite of that at all. It can’t happen and it just won’t!
There is no way it can and this is where the majority of the population does, they focus and put all of their attention into negativity and expect a positive life, how in the world will that happen?
So yes, I know exactly what the story I’ve been telling myself over the past years and I can surely say that this life I’m living right now is exactly how I put my attention to.
Everything in our life has happened accordingly to our mindset, rather if it was positive or negative!
How to Change the Story of Your Life?
It’s so simple!
Since everything is a choice, it is our 100% responsibility to be committed to changing our lives or to stay the same way this year, next year, the following year, and forever.
Now everything boils down to our choices and what habits are we having on a regular basis…

If you want to change your story, then you have to completely change you, your mentality mindset, and your daily routine by switching up to good daily habits day in, and day out.
You choose what you want to do, not the people around you unless you’re under 18 years old and you’re still living with your parents!
So for example; the very step I would say is to wake up early at least 5-6 am and start saying gratitude affirmations and actually feel grateful for the day and for everything in your life instead of waking up late, anxious, and rushing to work in a negative stressful environment.
Then after you have noticed that you’re feeling grateful for all, then start meditating for at least 15 minutes immediately because that way, you’ll have full control of your mind.
And that means your mind will allow you to put only POSITIVE thoughts and ideas in your mindset throughout the day instead of focusing on negativity.
Your life is your story. Write well. Edit often.
So that’s the very first step that I would do if I were you!
Then I would also exercise before going to work for 30-60 minutes and that way, it will allow you to feel satisfied since you already accomplished this major task that will keep you healthy, motivated and allow you to be more productive than ever.
Now your breakfast, lunch, and dinner is a also choice that you have to make as well to choose only healthy meals… That way, you’ll also feel better within yourself.
Yes, healthy meals have numerous nutritional ingredients like vitamins, nutrients, amino acids, minerals, protein, etc which makes you feel healthier than ever.
And of course, your job at work is to have a positive mentality all day, and every day by thinking ONLY about what you want to happen in your life regardless of your current situation.
That means DON’T think of anything that you don’t desire or else you’re looking to make it happen in your life by the universe responding it back to you in the physical world.
Beware of your beliefs as this is super important! Whatever you believe, the universe must make it happen in your life regardless if you want it or not.
And next, you have to be aware of your emotional feelings as well!
Which the reason why I did not just SAY to just fix your mentality but actually look at your daily routine, choices, and habits is that they are the most important ones that will allow you to feel better and more positive on your daily basis.
But if you were to only try to think positive without chaining your daily habits and routine, then it is much harder to have a positive environment.
I mean, if it was easy like that by just changing your mind without doing any physical work, don’t you think everyone would be able to be happy and live the life of their dreams?
Well, everything is a choice! Just be the witness of your own self, watch your thoughts and ideas meaning be aware of that story you’re telling your mind every day.

Watch your daily habits, be aware of what you’re doing, and when you see something wrong like a negative thought, cancel it and change it to positive.
When you feel a negative emotion, change it to gratitude and love feelings. When you notice a bad habit, stop it and go do something better that will guarantee you results.
For example; You come home from a 9-5 job and you go watch the news/media or Netflix, how about you go read a self-education book or go do something that you love to do that will make your future better such as a side hustle, a physical hobby or hit the gym.
