We all see it all the time where most people swear that love is the highest vibrational frequency of our emotions…
But then, we all know that gratitude is actually the parent of all elevated emotions!
That’s right because you can’t feel love without gratitude, correct?
What about laughing?
Now laughing is a powerful behavior that will actually elevate both love and gratitude at the same time!
Yet, feeling love is also powerful as it truly is our natural state of being, and so is feeling grateful for all the things!
And this is where I’m going to get into deep depth and talk about each one and which one is actually the main one that we all should target on our daily basis!

Emotions/Feelings of Love & Gratitude
Back in the day when I used to be depressed in my everyday life, I used to think that I needed to feel love to cure my depression…
Sure, that could help but the problem is that most people are waiting to actually “love” someone else or “love” a thing first rather than to love themselves.
Is this you? Well, this is where you get it all wrong!
When you love and laugh abundantly, you live a beautiful life.
We first have to love ourselves and I really mean unconditional love without any type of reason/condition and when you feel this self-love, that’s when you should love the rest…
Or else, if you do what our society has taught us to love someone so much that we love them more than we love ourselves, but the problem is that when that person is gone, we feel very overwhelmed and heartbroken where it could take years to go back to our natural state of feeling love once again, depending on each person.
So that’s what I’m saying!
Focus on loving yourself first, then you can love someone/people or things.

Now as the years passed by, I figured out that gratitude was actually the parent emotion of all elevated emotions!
Yes, it’s 100% true!
To feel happy, you need gratitude. To feel peace, you need gratitude. To love, you need gratitude. To feel joy, you need gratitude. To feel fulfilled and whole, you need gratitude.
There you go!
The root of joy is gratefulness.
Therefore, in recent years, I started to ONLY FOCUS on gratitude as soon as wake up, and by the time I go to bed where I would constantly say ‘thank you for this, thank you for that, etc‘ and I would actually feel gratitude with all my heart on a daily basis.
Sure, that helped a lot and it did change my life completely since the Law of Attraction is working for all of us, whether you like it or not.
And the more we feel gratitude feelings, the higher chances that the Universe/life/God will send more things and people to match the same frequency of gratitude and therefore, make us feel even greater amounts of gratitude.
Live every moment. Laugh everyday. Love beyond words.
However, this year I have been on a whole another level like my third-eye has literally opened/awaken and I’ve been listening to my own higher-self/intuition and I figured something out that is very powerful as well!
All About Laughing! – Benefits
Yes, I started to look into laughing more often and I noticed something truly powerful…
Now even though I have always felt gratitude on a daily basis for many years and also focus a lot first on self-love than to love everything else, it still seemed that laughing was off the chart!
Life is better when you’re laughing.
I mean, I would feel gratitude and love, but I would actually go several hours without actually laughing!
And this is where I started to notice that I should start laughing more often and not just smile on a daily basis since it’s not the same.
A laugh is just a big smile that lost control.
Therefore, I started laughing more often like I truly mean I would basically laugh by myself in my office, and thank God I don’t have anyone near me to think “I’m crazy”…
In fact, I found out that laughing is actually the best natural “medicine” / a great healing technique that will basically heal anything in ourselves!

Most people think that we need a reason to actually laugh…
But that’s not the case since we all can laugh right now without a reason or so!
Just so you know, our brain doesn’t know the difference between what is happening right now in reality, or through our thoughts and imagination! Yes, it literally thinks it’s in the same reality scenario.
So basically, you can imagine a joke and start laughing just for the fun of it also known as a fake laugh!
Especially unwanted thoughts, I laugh at everything my EGO/mind sends me a thought I don’t want, and then it goes away!
A day without laughter is wasted.
Or better yet, look forward to being around certain people that are naturally laughers all the time, and therefore, not only it is exciting but you’ll be healthier than ever!

I mean, I personally didn’t know that it is super powerful!
The body heals with play, the mind heals with laugher, and the spirit heals with joy.

What Do I Have To Say? – Conclusion
Well, what I truly have to say is that you should not only focus on gratitude, and self-love but most importantly always laugh or you can simply fake a laugh!
The more you try to actually laugh regardless if there is a joke or a reason, the more likely you will start finding things to laugh at…
And that’s what I do!
In today’s date and age, I am constantly laughing at basically anything that I see, I even laugh at myself at my thoughts and I’m actually laughing right now writing this post!
Nobody ever died of laughter.
That also includes money as well!
Money is energy and it only comes to those who are most likely grateful for it, who love it and if they laugh a lot, then it sure does boost up the manifestation process of all things.
However, if you seem to have a hard time looking for things to laugh at or trying to fake a laugh, then the best way is to find people who are natural laughter, and therefore, they will always make you laugh at everything!
It’s fun, I love being around these types of people…
Especially smart folks with interesting jokes.
I just don’t appreciate stupid people known as clowns who try hard enough to force us to laugh, but a natural laugh is the best way to go!
I think one of my favorite feelings is laughing with someone and realizing halfway through how much you enjoy them and their existence.
And here’s my exclusive tip for you; On a daily basis, you can actually laugh inside of you without showing off to the outside world and that’s what I have been doing for the past months and it works very well.
Basically, put a smile on and squeeze your abdominal muscles (abs) and start laughing (hahaha) by feeling yourself laughing through your inside organs (like if you’re breathing out) without making any noise or showing off, and that way, your vibrational frequency will highly increase and be very high all day, every day.
However, it does take practice and you have to keep a smile on your face (key) every time! Also, make sure to laugh at your ego/thoughts and never take them seriously. Never believe in them!
By the way, did you know that by getting rid of your gyno known as man’s boobs, people will stop laughing at you when you take off your shirt?
That’s right! I actually had gynecomastia back in school days and every time I was in the locker room, there would be a silly kid making fun of me…
But now they can’t make fun of me anymore!
I found the true solution here to reduce the fluffy nipples that most men have and therefore, you can now look forward to taking off your shirt without feeling embarrassed or having anyone laughing at you!
