You know, I have faced some of the worst depressing moments of my life that I now came to a conclusion that time does NOT heal, but forgiveness does!
There was a time when I thought suicide was the only option to break down this “deep pressure” emotion that I kept on feeling inside my heart which was holding me back for several years to move on with life.
However, depression came from my parents where my mother tried suicide a couple of times right in front of me when I was a child. I remember I would scream “please stop it mom!!!” and cry so loud afraid of losing my mommy. And this went on for several years when I was a kid growing up!
I mean, I didn’t want to see something bad happen to her, and therefore, I grew up feeling very depressed all the time and that is very bad because from ages 2-7 years old, that is when our EGO/mindset’s program (subconscious mind) develops to whatever lifestyle we have from this point of life to go on through adult life with the same mentally if we don’t change and reprogram the mindset itself all over again.
I remember that I had to literally “force” my mom to leave my father at the age of 9 years old because I couldn’t stand seeing my mother suffering from my father’s alcoholic actions, and therefore I was suffering way too much since I was very attached to my mother.
And if you don’t know, depression is a pain-body of unhappiness that will lead to many health issues down the road, and I’m talking about if you don’t change your depression state of low mood as soon as you can like today, NOW, you’re basically “slowly killing yourself” without knowing it.
Which, it is NOT OKAY to have depression and to be WEAK, a LOSER, or a VICTIM of your own life. Not taking responsibility, you’re not only hurting yourself but your family, friends, and the world itself. It’s not fair at all!

So what I’m going to show you and teach you here will help you NOT ONLY to heal and beat depression but help you with any health issues whatsoever, including any type of disease that you may have.
Yes, each one of us has the power to heal ourselves regardless of whether we believe it or not, but whatever you believe is right or wrong in your belief system, will always be “right” for you.
NOTE: Listen, I am not a health professional, nor am I intended to be! This post is based on my own perspective on how I see things from my own experience, knowledge, and opinions. What Is Depression?
Well, since I have had depression for over a decade from an early age, I think I am the right person to kindly explain what I think, believe, and personally know what depression is!
People claim that depression is just a serious mental health issue, but from my own experience, it is way more than that, which there are numerous ways that cause you to have serious depression.
But for some people, it is actually just a state of mind because if you can change your mental mindset on a daily basis from negativity to focusing only on positivity and getting up early in the morning and working on your goals/life purpose, then you may be able to beat it forever.
But if it’s truly more than that, then I’m going to show you how I healed my mood system completely and what to do so you can never have any depressed moments anymore.
If you do not mess your mind, you will naturally be joyful.
Depression to me is a reference to a “deep pressure” inside of us, where it is actually caused by a addictive cycle of pain-body that “loves” causing self drama by refusing something or not accepting something that has happened in the past or is happening now, which that means you UNCONSCIOUSLY keep “allowing” it to always leave you in a completely unhappy situation where it is caused by the absence of triggers such as family problems (my issue), loss of someone or something, chronic illness, by having no interest in life itself, wanting something to go a different way, and many others types of triggers.
Then the trigger/s becomes a thought that is constantly repeating in your mind and that means, you’re not controlling your mindset by the thoughts you’re having which you are dominated by your own EGO and if you don’t know, whatever thought you always play in your mind, it turns into a belief and you then become it!
For example: if you’re having thoughts that you’re a loser, weak, or a victim regardless of whatever, then that contributes to feelings => behaviors + physical responses = beliefs, and you just become that completely by your ego known as “false illusionary self”.
If your personal reality is creating your personality, then you’re a victim. But if your personality is creating your personal reality, you’re a creator. – Dr. Joe Dispenza
Basically, whatever negative thoughts/beliefs you’re holding on to in your mindset, that will lead to cause you a “deep pressure” of mental suffering, then turns out to be a physical pain-body just like how I felt for many years deep down inside my body that seemed to NEVER get out!
So, are you having the same feelings as if it’s some type of pressure, resentment grief, or weight that you’re holding on from the past that you have deeply not accepted in this present moment that causes you to suffer or pain?
Therefore, it is more than just our thoughts that need to be changed in order to beat depression forever because you first need to heal what is going on inside of you from past or current experiences, and I’m going to show you everything that you need to do!
Why You NEED to Beat Depression!
As mentioned above at the beginning of this post, I said that is definitely NOT OKAY to be depressed at all, and here’s why!
If you don’t know, the probability of you being born is about 1 in 400 trillion. Now quickly think about that, look how lucky and blessed you are!.
That means, you, I, and everyone else who came to this world called LIFE, there is a meaning or a purpose for that!
This also means that the world itself needs you, we need you, I need you, and so does everyone else! You didn’t come here to live a sad miserable life and be weak, a loser, or a victim of life! NO one did…
My dark days made me strong. Or maybe I already was strong, and they made me prove it.
You came to life because there is a purpose, a calling, and a meaning, and that is to enjoy life as much as you can and make the world a better place for not only yourself but for everyone else.
I personally believe we all came to this world called LIFE to not just live a fulfilling life full of love, gratitude, joy, and happiness, and basically live a blissful life, but also to help each other out by doing something in life that enhances other’s life experiences such as creating something.
We are here to evolve us as human beings by finding out the truth and to grow the world and make it an extraordinary place for all us to live and for the next generation to have even better experiences than us!
It’s true that the two main principles for a happy, enjoyable life are to:
- 1. Use things, not people.
- 2. Love yourself, not things.
Therefore, you weren’t born just to be born and not do anything with yourself… No one came to life to just be as it is! Can you see what I’m saying here?
Again, that means we all need each other since we are from the same source as the Universe/GOD to create. We are one of God’s sons/daughters, and I believe that if you’re depressed, then you’re not doing any good to yourself, your family, friends, or the world itself.
Just imagine how much you would hurt your family, your friends, and the people that know you if you weren’t alive today anymore, or if you commit suicide… It’s really not fair to yourself, your family, your friends, and the world.
Imagine how bad the people around you would be to know that you took your own life because of this state of mind/mood called depression… I mean, don’t you care about the people around you?
I’m sure you do because even if they don’t seem to show it, they all do care about you too! Again, they need you in their lives, people, in general, need you, and we all need each other.
Now if you don’t know, the difficult moments are part of life since the difficulty is in destiny and you need to take 100% RESPONSIBILITY right now to lift yourself up and move in life!

You need to find out what it is that is causing you this “deep pressure” and suffering inside of you that you are not completely accepting it to be as it is and that is what is leaving you to feel so miserable, in low mood, depressed, sad, etc and you need to be AWARE of what it is!
So as I have mentioned in the beginning, the depression that I had came from my parent’s actions when I was a kid as I mentioned before, but as time went on, time truly never healed and I was never really happy with life itself, where I used to be so sensitive that any “error” would leave me more depressed, and that is NOT OKAY.
So after you find out what it is that’s really causing it, I’m going to teach you how to HEAL It. Then your next part will be to find your own purpose (a deeper meaning of your life) which will make happiness come along but if you only go after happiness, it’s not the same because when life’s obstacles and challenges come along, happiness will disappear!
Just remember, time will never heal your wounds because if it did, then you’ll be out of depression but when you truly forgive by accepting it, you heal. And when you let go, you grow.
HOW TO PERMANENTLY BEAT DEPRESSION FOREVER?!
(IMPORTANT NOTE): Just so you know before I hand out this powerful information, since your body is so strongly addictive to your depression cycle of pain-body and negative unforgiveness thoughts, you just to go all in 100% at all costs if you truly want that cure, or else if you allow it, your EGO/mind will do everything possible to not accept you to get away from it and that even means, EGO would rather take your own life than to dissolve itself! Open your eyes and become aware of it!
So from my own experience how I was able to beat depression forever was through surrendering to what is through acceptance and healing whatever was causing me this “deep pressure” body-pain or mental suffering that left me in a very low mood which was from past events.
Then, the second part was through working with my mindset by the thoughts I was having every day, which contributes to new feelings/emotions!
So basically, by healing yourself, you will learn to let go of everything in your life through forgiveness, or whatever that is hurting you which you will break the addiction of the same emotion cycle that you’re feeling every single day.
That will help you let everything be as it is which will break any resistance that is actually causing you to feel this negative state of being as you’ll feel healed.
There will be very painful moments in your life that will change you. Let them make you stronger, smarter, and kinder. But don’t you go and become someone you’re not. Cry. Scream if you have to. Then straighten out that crown and keep moving.
Now when you let go of everything which I’m going to show you how by this self-forgiveness/healing prayer, then you can take charge of your mind and pose only positive, joyful, peaceful thoughts of love and gratitude on a daily basis by convincing your mind that you’re feeling this way regardless of not, which it will believe it and then allow you to feel it.
So that will help fix your depressed moments, and help you heal yourself completely through its process!
As you can see, I’m going to show you this very effective SELF-PRAYER but not religiously at all but more of your own spiritual self-PRAYER to heal yourself completely!

Spiritual means you’re above your thoughts, it means you’re shining your own light of awareness, it means pure consciousness and awareness of everything that is happening inside of you.
It is what we are here for, to find out the truth of everything! Remember, it has nothing to do with religion whatsoever.

First Part: FIGURE OUT WHAT IT IS TO HEAL YOURSELF to LET GO OF EVERYTHING by ACCEPTING EVERYTHING & LET IT BE THE WAY IT IS = INNER PEACE
Yes, that’s right!
Therefore, it is true that your own suffering can be your best teacher and you do that by asking yourself, “what am I trying to hold on?“, “Why am I feeling this way?“, “what is causing this depressed feeling inside of me“, “what is it that is hurting me deep inside my heart?“, etc.
And you’ll notice that it is something you have never truly accepted regardless if you think you did or not, which your body will let you know what is the big issue that is having you suffer or feeling a “deep pressure” inside of you since that is exactly what is causing you depression because you’re trying to hold on to something that has happened in the past or is happening now, and “want” a different future.
And since you’re holding on to that, ONLY you know what it is that you’re trying to hold on inside of you that is causing this state of being!
To help you become more aware of what it is, here are some of the most common causes of depression that people allow to hold on inside of them all the time, which causes suffering and pain:
Therefore, the very first thing that you MUST do in order to completely beat depression is to find out what it is so you can SURRENDER to it by ACCEPTING that it has happened in the past, and LET GO of it or whatever that you’re trying to control, and again, as you ACCEPT IT for your own good, you FORGIVE, which the ONLY WAY for most people is through this effective SELF-HEALING prayer for 100% forgiveness!
FORGIVE ANYONE WHO HAS CAUSED YOU PAIN OR HARM. – Keep in mind that forgiving is not for others. It is for you. Forgiving is not forgetting. It is remembering without anger. It frees up your power, heals your body, mind, and spirit. Forgiveness opens up a pathway to a new place of peace where you can persist despite what has happened to you.
I’m sure this very first part is the hardest because to forgive someone or a past event, it’s not as easy as it sounds.
But if you commit 100% to choose to forgive everything and everyone and be grateful for the past experiences and see it as a life lesson and feel love all over again, then you will transform your feelings which you’ll be IN PEACE all over again!
So here’s a non-religious “prayer” or what they really call a spiritual cleanser practice that I use all the time for every single day (more than once), and it is SUPER EFFECTIVE for the healing of forgiveness!
I mean you can basically do miracles immediately like I really mean you can cure whatever that is going on in your body by basically “resetting” negative energy and removing bad feelings to balance emotions all over again.
I have had days of deep headaches, heartburns, negative feelings, or whatever it is, and as soon as I do this Ho’oponopono Hawaiian spiritual practice prayer for 108 reps, I release it instantly and heal myself completely and I feel much better!
I truly mean, it is a MUST use self-healing prayer!
And what Ho’oponopono really is according to Wikipedia, states that it’s a “practice of reconciliation and forgiveness” to basically correct whatever error or action to free us from the past or from what’s going on! And that’s exactly what it is.

Now, all you would have to do is say the PHRASES but actually focus with 100% intention that you’re trying to heal, which means, you MUST FEEL what you’re saying/thinking to work like;
- SAYING: “I am sorry.”
- SAYING: “Please forgive me.”
- SAYING: “Thank you.”
- SAYING: “I love you.”
Yes, so as you say these 4 effective phases for each complete session through 108x times like you really mean it to yourself or towards whoever that you have not forgiven or you can say to your own emotion or whatever you’re feeling or basically anything, you’ll start to release it and heal it!
Therefore, you have to repeat the words with full intention like you really mean every word with all your willpower and feel what you’re saying while holding the vision of whatever “error” that has happened in the past or is happening now.
And what it does is allow you to forgive and “bring yourself back to a natural zero emotional state where everything is in balance“, according to a source, which you will feel a great feeling of inner relief.
INNER PEACE begins the moment you choose NOT to allow another person or event to control your emotions.
(p.s. I like to make this spiritual prayer much stronger and much more effective than it already is which I do it by first BLESSING the issue/error, then I do the 4 phases to forgive and gratefully love it!
Remember, it is best to do it 108 times, which there are APPS on iTunes Store (Apple smartphones) or Play Store (Samsung Smartphones) that you click for 108 times and it counts for you called ‘JapaMala’. Search it and you’ll find it!
I’m telling you that if you start practicing this on a daily basis, you will HEAL anything in your life, you will heal all of your emotions and feelings, and you will heal any illness, negative or bad thing that is happening now or has happened before in the past because it’s all ENERGY, and energy doesn’t lie.
But the MAIN KEY here is constancy!
You have to do it each session 108x times for 1 single intention at a time that you want to heal, and you’ll start feeling instant relief when you do this Ho’oponopono prayer for anything that is not going well in your life.
If you praise and bless everything in the world, you will dissolve negativity and discord and align yourself with the highest frequency – love.
Just try it for a few days, and do your best to hold the vision of what you’re trying to heal, and it will leave you feeling a smooth, relaxing, and surrender balanced mode of emotions!
For Example;
Are you feeling a “deep pressure” inside of you that is causing you to suffer and feel depressed because of recent traumatic events like job loss, poverty, or money issues?
- You would do the Ho’oponopono prayer for something like this: My past job is Blessed, I am Sorry. Please Forgive me. Thank You. I Love You. – 108x times
- If it’s money issues, then you need to clear out the negative energy towards money which you would do something like this; Abundant Money Coming to me Very Blessed, I am Sorry. Please Forgive Me. Thank You. I Love You. – 108x times
And when you do that 108x times, you’ll notice that you’ll feel different where you’ll bounce back to your natural zero emotional state of love/joy all over again, and that way, you’ll start to attract more money to you than ever!
But be aware that nothing is meant for a lifetime, and if you lost that job that you loved more than anything, then you can rest assured that there is a much better job out there that you’re not aware of it as right now in the present moment.

If this is what’s causing you this “deep pressure”, then you must LET IT BE the way it is, ACCEPT it, and get out there by actually leaving your house and applying for new jobs or go look for a job that you think will be good for you. You just never know what could be your next option that could change your life forever!
Action is the cure for depression!
So get out of your comfort zone and wake up early and go look for new jobs, which you will find it at all costs! The only way you will not find a new job is by YOU NOT MOVING your butt out of the couch and NOT going out there looking for it. If you don’t search, it would never come knocking on your door!
Simple as it is, don’t make it hard on yourself! Trust me, when you find this new job, you’re going to be like “wow, what was I thinking when I lost that job“…
Another Example:
Is it because of an end of a relationship, divorce, family disagreements, loneliness, lack of social support, or recent death of a friend or close relative that you’re holding on to and causing you “deep pressure”?
- You would do the Ho’oponopono cleaning spiritual prayer by: _____ person’s name is BLESSED, I am so Sorry. Please Forgive Me. Thank you for everything. I love you so much. – 108x times
So if it’s really that, then you’ll instantly feel a relief!
And again, the hard truth is that nothing in this life is forever! It is hard to accept this brutal fact but you need to ACCEPT that no one will be here forever, and if it was their time to go, I know it’s extremely hard but you must ACCEPT it because it is part of life. Just let them go!
How about you ONLY remember the good and joyful moments you had with a lost one and feel complete gratitude that you actually had the time to experience something wonderful with that person, which I’m sure would make you feel better, and that’s what I do, and it works very well!
I never ever think of the suffering part of a loss one or a past relationship! I only like to remember the good and happy moments, which I manage to feel grateful to have had the moments with that person or lost one.
If it’s the end of a relationship, try your best NOT to remember the person even if the thoughts of that person keep coming up to your mind every time. Try to think of different things, but never overthink and get into details in your mind about that person, which you then can MOVE ON and find a new, better, and more attractive person!
Just so you know, no one can hurt you if you detach yourself from everything and avoid becoming emotionally invested in anyone or avoid allowing your power to be given to that person.
If you and that person are no longer together, it simply means you BOTH were NOT meant to be with each other, but that there is someone else out there who is also looking for you as a soulmate. So go out there and find them! See this post here, I’ll show you how!
For Example:
Is it that you have NOT forgiven someone who did you very wrong or forgiving yourself from the past? Abuse or trauma?
- I’ll do the Ho’oponopono prayer by: _____ person’s name is BLESSED or my own Name___Jay healed and BLESSED, I am Sorry. Please Forgive Me. Thank You. I Love you. – 108x times
Now what would happen is that when you start to forgive this person or past event, you’ll feel peace all over again!
If that is it, then you NEED to break this attachment by forgiving it for your own best! Just remember, you’re not forgiving the person who did you wrong by their own actions, but you’re basically forgiving yourself for what that person did so you can have peace within you all over again.
And how do you do that? Well, start by having thoughts that “I forgive you” and “I forgive myself for all that was wrong in my life” but you need to actually feel what you’re thinking or saying.
Another way is to show LOVE and GRATITUDE!
Here’s a quick story of my past where I had to forgive someone so I can move on with life. I had a “best friend” that I thought was a true friend and I trusted him so much that it involved money, and I also let him have access to my pickup truck back in the day.
Forgiveness is not only divine, it is also ‘the act of erasing emotional debt’. – Unknown
This person made a very-well plan where he stole lots of my money and stole my pickup truck as well, but I’m not going to get into details on how he did it, but he did it in a “genius” way where I took a long time to truly find out.
Then when I found out, I started to feel more depressed than I already was about the loss of that money and loss of my truck that I have invested so much money to make it the way I dreamed of, which turned out to me having some very harsh bad feelings towards this person.
Then recent years, I started to do this Ho’oponopono prayer where I started changing the feelings that I had towards him, which I started to forgive him by convincing myself that “I loved him” that “I love the past experience with him”, and that “I forgive him because I love him and I am so grateful to have past experience with him”, and basically just showed massive love feelings towards him with grateful thoughts.
That brought me inner peace within myself since energy does not lie! Later on, he sold everything he had like his house and his car, and he found out my new number where he called me and decided to pay me fully, and he did which was about $200k!
I know it’s hard to believe, but it is true that feelings are energy!
Therefore, you need to forgive every past thing that you had in your life to forgive yourself, forgive the people who did you wrong by showing love and gratitude feelings towards whatever that is causing you this “deep pressure” of suffering or pain.
For Example:
Is it an abuse of drugs or alcohol that is causing depression in you?
- I’ll do the Ho’oponopono to myself stating: ____Drug’s name or Alcohol Blessed, I am Sorry. Please Forgive Me. Thank You. I Love You. – 108x times
You’ll notice that your urge/trigger to use that drug or alcohol will start to fade away, where the more times you do this Ho’oponopono effective prayer, the better it gets which sooner or later, you can expect to come to a complete stop.
However, this is a tough one because no one could make you stop what you’re doing but only yourself. It’s all on you, and it is a commitment and sure is a choice to put a stop to it.
Therefore, you have to find a way to actually stop it, and again, it’s a choice that you have to make and be committed to doing it. Make a commitment by promising yourself or someone or something that you love, that would help!
If you don’t know, the harder the journey, the stronger you will become!
For Example:
Is it a serious illness or personal weakness or even a negative self-image of your own self like low confidence or low self-esteem?
- I’ll do the Ho’oponopono like this: ‘Illness or whatever it is that you know’ Healed and Completely BLESSED, I’m so Sorry. Please Forgive Me for everything I’ve done. Thank You for being Healed. I Love You so much. – 108x times
By the way, I have healed my mother 2 years ago by using this Ho’oponopono healing prayer through using her name and having a full intention to heal her, and she’s now totally cured!
If you don’t know, a lot of illnesses or diseases out there happen by our own self attracting to us without us truly being aware of it, unless you were born with it.
But if you were actually born with it, then that’s not your fault! So you have zero faults for it whatsoever, and you need to accept as a fact that you came to this world called LIFE because there is a purpose for it.
Maybe you were born with such illness/disease to show the rest of the world that they should be happy with who they are, and that should make you feel better because you’re lucky you actually came to life, and that’s a blessing!
The meaning of happiness consists in three elements – freedom, gratitude, and the sense of wonder.
Trust me, nobody is perfect and we are all born with something that we are not happy with, but the secret is to be HAPPY with what we have or be HAPPY with who we are, or who we’re becoming!
Now if it’s a personal weakness or a negative self-image of yourself, then yes you don’t have to accept it but start changing yourself.
If you’re fat/obese, then head out to the gym, replace junk food with healthy meals, and do whatever it takes to shred down the body fat.
If you’re too skinny, do the same thing!
If you feel like you’re “ugly/not attractive” or have poor low self-esteem, then look for ways to make you look attractive. Ugly to me doesn’t exist because beauty is IMPERFECTION.

For Example:
Is it lifestyle factors like loss of interest in life itself or lack of fulfillment/lack of self-belief or even over-working?
- If it’s really a lack of something like a car, owning a house, etc, I would do the Ho’oponopono like this: I bought my BLESSED car, I am Sorry. Please Forgive Me. Thank You. I Love You. – 108x times
- To own a house sooner or later, I would say/feel: My dream house being BLESSED, I am Sorry. Please Forgive Me. Thank You. I Love You.
If you don’t know, OVER-THINKING is actually one of the top causes of depression!
Over-thinking kills your happiness, and how I deal with it is that you have to catch it and be aware of when you’re over-thinking. When you’re aware of all of the thoughts you’re having, then you will notice when you’re basically thinking too much and putting negative stuff in your mind.
How about you start meditating for at least 15-30 minutes per day… That way, you will be in a relaxed, calm mode all day when you practice it every single day, especially if you start your daily routine with meditation which is KEY!

This will fix your lack of fulfillment or loss of interest in life itself!
Now, I do know that I HAVE NOT included all types of causes that make you have a “deep pressure” in yourself, but these are some of the main causes.
Some people have depression based on family history like genetics or imbalance of certain chemicals.
Therefore, you just have to keep doing this super effective Ho’oponopono self-cleaning spiritual prayer every single day for basically everything in your life to completely SURRENDER TO IT BY ACCEPTING IT AND LETTING GO = HEAL whatever that is causing you depression, and when you do that, you let it be the way it is in this present moment = inner peace!
Let go of the illusion that it could have been any different.
So that’s the very first part because once you work on that HEALING PART, that’s when you’ll let life flow as it should. Don’t overthink anything, don’t force things to go a certain way that you want them to go or expect it in a different way, and don’t try to control the outside world but control yourself 100%!
The key here is just to let it be the way it is, and when you do that by fixing your inner-self, the outside will fix it itself alone!
Remember, you MUST continue to keep using the Ho’oponopono every single day (preferred more than once a day) to heal yourself from past events or past people that are actually causing you depression that you’re trying to hold on to it forever!
So heal everything (from traumas to hurt feelings, disappointments, envy, grudges, etc) to forgive all and be in peace within you all over again, then move to step 2!
By the way, you will know when you healed it as your feelings will be different. You feel instant relief from it, and that’s how you know!
True forgiveness is when you take your attention of somebody because you’ve overcome the emotion and that gives them permission to show up differently in your life because you freed yourself and you freed them. – Dr. Joe Dispenza
Second Part: Be the COMMANDER/MASTER of Your MINDSET – Be AWARE of Your THOUGHTS!
After you have accepted what was causing you a “deep pressure” by healing it all the time and letting it go by letting it be the way it is through forgiveness in this present moment, this is where you will have full control of your mindset!
And by being the commander of your mind, you will start to control your thoughts, your imagination, and everything else that goes on in your mindset!
Which is a super-charged way to stop having depressing moments in your current life and in the future.
Whether we realize it or not, we are thinking most of the time. Sustained thinking is creating! Choose what you give your attention and mind to, because as you give your attention and mind to something, no matter what it is, you are summoning it into your life.
Now you do that by MEDITATING ON A DAILY BASIS, best would be first thing in the morning as soon as you wake up, during lunchtime, and before going to sleep at night.
All you need is 15-30 minutes as this will allow you to be more AWARE of what is going on in your mind…
Yes, by doing that, we all can control what thoughts we allow in each one’s mindset. So, therefore, you should ONLY think about what you want in life!
Throughout the day, you’ll be able to make sure that your thoughts are only positive, grateful, and joyful thoughts as exactly what you want to happen in your life.
It is as simple as it is!
NOTE: Don’t ever think or allow any negative thoughts in your mind, because you’ll attract them to your life faster than you imagine.
So decide on what you want to think, then fill your mind with thoughts similar to what you want in life.
For example: Start having thoughts of being healthy, fit, wealthy, rich, happy, excited, joyful, peaceful, loving, grateful, and so.
Therefore again, you should ONLY fill your mind with thoughts that make you feel good right NOW, in this exact moment called the present moment!
HOWEVER, when you start meditating on a daily basis, it could take anywhere up to 90 days to stop the negative thoughts coming unexpectedly in your mindset, which you need to CLEAR them as soon as they appear at all costs!
And how do you do that?
Well, when a negative thought comes to my mind, I immediately CATCH IT, THEN I LAUGH at it and never believe in it, I mean I don’t take it seriously where if you were to say something like, “DISAPPEAR NOW”, “NEVER will happen”, “CANCEL” or say something to yourself like “I ERASE IT NOW” or something like “IT’S NOT TRUE”, you’re basically causing more ego than ever!
When you catch yourself in negative emotion, whether you’re complaining or regretting or frustrated or angry, LAUGH and say: “Nope, I’m not co-operating.” – Abraham-Hicks
So you basically have to convince yourself that the negative thought or feeling that comes unexpectedly doesn’t define you, even if it does in real life.
Again, the secret here is to be 100% AWARE THROUGH YOUR OWN CONSCIOUSNESS of what is going on in your mind, then have full control of it!
However, just being aware of your thoughts is NOT ALL. You also need to be aware of what you’re saying, what you’re imagining, what you’re visualizing in your mind, or what you are actually seeing in real life!
That means that whatever you’re actually seeing, hearing, looking, or thinking about on a constant daily basis, that will manifest into your life sooner or later as well since you’re attracting it…
Therefore, what you really NEED TO DO is not take your thoughts seriously, but be the commander of it, and have full control of what you’re thinking on the daily basis, and that you ONLY accept positive and grateful thoughts.
And when you get to this point, which yes it will take some time like at least 21-90 full days for it to become a habit, that is when your future depression moments will start to FADE because you will no longer have negative depressing thoughts, which your feelings will start to CHANGE.
Just remember, you can ONLY control your mind and your body, but NOT the outside world meaning you can’t try to control what is going on on the outside, but yourself on how you react to what is happening out there.
So start now, in this exact present moment and start having present-tense affirmations thoughts like;
- I AM HEALTHY NOW, I AM WEALTHY, I AM HAPPY, I AM POSITIVE
- I FIND IT EASY TO STAY POSITIVE, I HAVE A STRONG MIND
- I AM HAPPY WITH WHO I AM, I AM FREE OF DEPRESSION
- I NATURALLY STAY POSITIVE, I AM FREE OF NEGATIVITY
- I ONLY FOCUS ON THE BEST OF MY LIFE, I LEARN TO LOVE MYSELF
- I AM TURNING INTO SOMEONE WHO LOVES LIFE, I AM SUPER HAPPY
- PEOPLE SEE ME AS SOMEONE WHO IS HAPPY, BEATING DEPRESSION IS EASY AND IT MADE ME STRONGER. etc
Now what would happen as you start affirming to yourself the things that you want at every moment, your body will start to feel it and came it a belief, where life itself/Universe will start sending you events, circumstances, and people to match what you’re constantly feeling/believing!
Meaning you will attract more of everything by what you’re thinking/feeling on a daily basis, such as people who are happy, healthy, and so on!
But don’t just say it, but make sure you intend to actually FEEL it because if you just say it, it won’t be enough but when you actually feel what you’re saying, that’s when the magic starts!
Intentions are like magnets; the more we declare them, believe in them, and act in ways to manifest them, the more powerful and real they become.
In fact, there are many APPS on your smartphone that you can use, just search ‘AFFIRMATIONS’ on Play Store (Samsung) or iTunes Store (Apple), and download it for free! Every day, you must read it, feel it, and you’ll start to change by fading depressed moments in your life!
Just remember, FOCUS to improve you first, yourself, your feelings, your emotions, and your mindset, and after you have everything in control, THEN you can focus on stuff like materials of what you want in life.
Third Part: DO Any Type of DAILY ACTIVITIES to Boost Serotonin & Dopamine – BE ACTIVE!
Yes, you read the title right!
One of the main causes/reasons why people have depression is because they are lacking the production of healthy hormones, especially serotonin and dopamine in their bodies!
And that means if you just sit around on the couch all day or hate your “job” and complain all day long, you’re most likely living in a stressful environment as a victim and you’re basically producing lots of cortisol and adrenaline.
Therefore, your production of serotonin and dopamine are super low!
So when you start meditating on a daily basis to allow you to be compeltely aware and have full control of your own thoughts and how you feel as I showed you above, you also MUST do some type of daily activities at all costs!
Human bodies are designed for regulay physical activity. The sedentary nature of much of modern life probably plays a significant role in the epidemic incidence of depression today. Many studies show that depressed patients who stick to a regimen of aerobic exercise improve as much as those treated with medication. – Andrew Weil
And why is that?
Well, I actually found out that in order to produce these important healthy hormones is to actually do some type of daily activities or physical exercises!
Yes, that’s right!
Exercise is not an instant cure, but you need to get your brain working again, and if you move your body your brain won’t have any choice. – Jack J. Ratey
This means even if you do work from 7-6 pm, you must do any physical activity like exercises either before heading out to work or after workflow.
Which you’ll feel as you have accomplished an important task and that way, it will allow your body to produce these healthy hormones!
Now it is best early in the morning before heading out to work so you can have a full day feeling great based on my own experiences.
So I’m trying to say here is that you need to move your body at all cost!
Yes, you can do any type of activity, as long as it’s a physical movement which means you can join yoga class, do a sport, hobby, exercise, train, workout, or anything that you’ll like!
Yet, I’m aware that maybe at first, you may feel like you don’t have any motivation, energy, or just don’t want to do it, but again, it’s a choice and you’re probably going feel guilt or somewhat depression state of mood all over again.
Depression doesn’t make you “lazy”, It makes your mind and body tired. Exhausted. Drained from all energy. – Unknown
And that’s why you need much discipline and constancy is key, and therefore, as you do something every single day with love, it becomes a healthy habit.
In fact, I personally been noticing that most people who’s very active in their daily routine have very little to no zero depression…
I mean, that is the secret! Depressed people are definitely not doing anything with their lives, but living in the past or thinking about the future, which you’re not in the present moment.
So focus on the present, here and now, and do something as an activity, a task, or anything that allows you to move your body. Not only you’re going to beat depression, but also be healthier and become a well-being person.
Get outside more; if it’s gray, there is some light getting through. Exercise helps any depression or anxiety. – Dr. Denise Deschenes
So keep moving your body on a daily basis and keep yourself busy all the time as this will allow your natural healthy hormones to produce and naturally make you feel better than ever every single day.
What I like to do is to have daily goals and a strict active routine. I actually talk about it and will show you in the complete post here.
For example; Wake up at 5 am, grab my gratitude journey and express how grateful I am in the present moment, MEDITATE 15-20 minutes, stretch for 10 minutes, and by 5:30 am, I’m doing the self-healing prayer (ho’oponopono) as I showed in part 1. Then 6 am, it’s exercise time in nature and allow the sunlight to get to me and to complete it, I jump in a cold shower and eat a healthy breakfast meal!
Now that’s what I call a “billionaire’s routine” and yes, of course, that routine depression doesn’t exist because as I start work at 7:30 am all the way to 5 pm, I’m feeling my very own best since I completed my early tasks and been active = boost serotonin, dopamine, endorphins, etc!
And what’s funny is that when I stop my daily routine for just a week, I feel like depression is coming back. So therefore, I only take a maximum 4-day vacation so I can come back super motivated with success craving/hunger to get things done!
So my point here is that we all NEED a healthy routine full of good habits and good hobbies as well.
Regular exercise helps reduce depression by enhancing the action of endorphins, chemicals that circulate throughout the body.
However, to complete, you need part 4 as you read below!
Just remember, a person who has depression is someone who produces low amounts of serotonin and dopamine aka imbalanced hormone. It is someone going to sleep late at night and waking up super late like at 10 am who never do anything with their lives, but all they do is watch tv all day long while eating unhealthy snacks and complaining focusing on negativity. Do be this beta male guy, or else you’ll never cure deprression whatsoever!
Fourth Part: Make it a HABIT to Focus & Aim for GRATITUDE FEELINGS = JOYFUL, BLISSFUL LOVELY LIFE
Therefore, after you have managed to forgive the past through the healing practices or accepted whatever that is happening now in the present moment that was actually leaving you with a “deep pressure”, and next, you managed to have full control of your mindset through meditation, then the third part to stay active on a daily basis to produce the healthy hormones.
Now this last part is to actually make it a habit (key) to live in our own NATURAL STATE OF BEING which is in pure LOVE having a blissful life filled with joy and peace through focusing on grattitue at all moments of your life!
And you do this by making this exact CHOICE!
Yes, it is a choice to feel gratitude and be joyful right now! Tell yourself that you’re enjoying what you’re feeling that grateful and joyful is your current mood, and think thoughts of gratitude and joy, feel gratitude and joy, see yourself in gratitude and joy, and as you connect to the gratitude and joy inside of you more often, your whole world will shift to reflect that gratitude and joy.
Which the Universe will move people, circumstances, and events to deliver more things for you to be grateful and for you to feel more joyful than ever because you are magnetizing these elevated emotions/feelings.
But what exactly is joy? Well, Joy is contentment or gladness not based on circumstance.
Let your dominant intent be to feel good which means be playful, have fun, laugh often, look for reasons to appreciate and proactive the art of appreciation. And as you practice it, the Universe/God, who has been watching you practice, will give you constant opportunities to express it. So that your life just gets better and better and better. – Abraham-Hicks
But don’t just choose it NOW, choose to be in gratitude, joyful, peaceful, and blissful every single second of your day for every day and for the rest of your life. Again, it is a complete choice to make it a HABIT, which you just have to COMMIT 100% to yourself by affirming that you choose it now to feel gratitude and joy and you will have a blissful life at all costs!
Perhaps, it goes the same way with being depressed, sad, and all that, it is actually a choice at first until it becomes a habit and turns into a cycle! So don’t allow yourself to be depressed or have negative feelings anymore.
You MUST choose how you feel right now and every day! A lot of people think that you need a “reason” or a “result” to be grateful, joyful, happy, or even to laugh, and it’s not true because you can choose to be happy right now without a reason at all and just laugh at it.
Your life is only as good as your mindset.
Every feeling or emotion that you feel, just remember that you chose it or allowed it without you being aware of it and the main key here is to be 100% aware of how your body is reacting!
I mean, nobody is perfect and I do have some moments where I start feeling down, and as soon as I notice it or catch it, I immediately laugh at my mind and accept the emotion in my body and say that “I am so grateful and very happy, I am super excited, and I feel so blissful that I love my life, body, and everything that happens to me!” and boom, I’m back into my own natural state of love once again!
So one more last time, make it a HABIT to CHOOSE to feel gratitude, joy, happiness, excitement, lovable, and full of motivation all day every day and be committed which that is the opposite of depression, and you do that as soon as you notice how you’re feeling.
The best way is as soon as you wake up, say ‘Thank you for the day’, ‘thank you for my health, thank you for my body, thank you for my family and friends‘ and basically focus on saying thank you all day, every second, but feel it!
Not to mention, it is super important that you wake up early every day because around 8-10 am, our body naturally has its peak to produce the cortisol hormone known as the stress chemical.
And if you’re still sleeping at this time, you’re going to wake up feeling like crap, exhausted, weak, low mood and all that! Trust me, you will notice since now that you’re aware.
Then as you meditate for 15-30 minutes after you have brushed your teeth and next, you should move your body around and do something or take action in whatever!
In fact, it is true that if you can get your first 2 hours feeling elevated feelings and thoughts, your whole day will most likely be in the same mood. Try it and make it a habit!

Results = BEAT DEPRESSION FOREVER
Now that you have the 4 main steps to fully beat depression since it all boils down to being a choice that you were not aware of and when you choose to leave that depressed state of mind and state of mood, the results are incredible!
So what I have found out that this negative state of mind affects millions if not billions of people basically means that we are NOT ACCEPTING what has happened or FORGIVING OURSELVES of what is happening in the present moment, here and now!
Therefore, depression simply means you’re too attached to the past or want a different future, which both are false illusions of the EGO’s suffering where they both don’t exist since we can’t change the past as it already happened but we only have memories of it and so all we can do is accept it and the future is just an imagination, yet both neither we have zero control over them.
And the means surrending and focusing on the present moment is the cure while watching your thoughts and not believing in them, also being the observer of your emotions is part of the present moment and so having daily goals and actually pursue them to achieve them boosts our serotonin levels and dopamine production in a completely natural way along with what I just showed you above to make it a routine and healthy habit.
And that is exactly how I completely cured my “deep pressure” of suffering and pain in my body FOREVER, where I now have been choosing every day to forgive all, love all, be grateful for all, and live my life feeling joy and blissful = extreme happiness for life!
Yes, you can do it too, but again, you have to be 100% committed to yourself and choose to leave the OLD YOU behind and make it a HABIT!
The goal is to accept who you are, then build habits that will improve your character.
It is actually simple but we all make it hard on ourselves!
Again, you must follow PART 1 (most importantly) to completely heal yourself of past events, past people, or what’s currently happening now through forgiveness, then do PART 2 to change your mindset and have full control of your thoughts through meditation, which PART 3 is to do daily activities to boost serotonin and dopamine, and PART 4 to make it a habit and choose gratitude, joyful, happiness, peace and live a blissful life forever = win depression!
So here are a few more examples of how I would use the Ho’oponopono SELF-HEALING PRACTICE Prayer on my daily basis!
For example:
- If I can’t sleep at night, and I’m having insomnia, I will start doing this Ho’oponopono by saying something like; I am falling asleep now and feeling Blessed, I am sorry. Please forgive me. Thank you. I love you. Then what happens next is I start to fall asleep as I’m doing it for several repetitions like up 108x times.
- If it’s something I can’t get my mind off or if I can’t forgive a past relationship with a person or anything like an argument or whatever issue that I might have; I would say something like; ___person’s name Blessed, I am sorry. Please forgive me. Thank you. I love you.
- If it’s a disease like I know someone who had cancer and they did this effective prayer every day to cure themselves by saying something like; __cancer healed and blessed, I am sorry. Please forgive me for all. Thank you for being healed. I love you so much. Then what happens next is that the cells or the tumor will start to decrease, and sooner or later, it will come to being completely gone, healed and cured.
- If I’m feeling depressed or whatever negative feeling that is causing me a “deep pressure” in my body, I would say something like; __depressed feelings healed and blessed. I am sorry. Please forgive me. Thank you. I love you. Then as I’m doing the repetitions, I instant start to feel a relief occurring inside of me.
I really hope this complete post has changed what you’re doing that has been making you depressed, which I highly recommend you take action to take a step forward and start becoming a successful person in life!
Remember, everything is a choice just like being depressed is first a choice that you and I were not aware of it, which we all can convince ourselves immediately forgive, accept and feel grateful for everything to go back to our natural state of joy and in peace as I mentioned above.
And it goes with the same to becoming successful, wealthy, healthy, and everything else in this life is basically a CHOICE.
So TAKE 100% RESPONSIBILITY for your own self, for your life, for your mind, for your body, and for your future! Everything is up to you, and no one else can do it for you, except your own self!
No one is coming to save you. This life is 100% your responsibility. – Unknown
If you don’t take ACTION right now (to cure depression), then you’re not taking responsibility for your own life/health and that means, you’re not respecting yourself which all you’re doing is letting your own EGO taking over your life and you’ll constantly be depressed forever until early death comes to get you!
So CHOOSE & be 100% committed to living free of depression NOW and MAKE IT A HABIT and you would never regret this!

By the way, I feel like now it’s time to mention to you since you know what to do to beat depression forever. I have come to a conclusion and found out that depression is really us trying to be a “character” in a survival/defense mode aka victimizing ourselves of our own lives with an expression of immobilization.
And what this means is that when we are depressed, we feel like we can’t move physically or mentally because of this state of false illsionary being made by our EGO, right?!
And that way, all YOU really have to do is do what I do which is to focus 100% on my breath in and out at all moments in my life which puts me into the present moment and that means, I can easily catch any unwanted thoughts to laugh at them or obseve any unwanted emotions and put the light of conscionsness on it, but MOST importantly we MUST have courage and strength to move our physical body on a daily basis and fix our mental mindset as I showed you above by taking action and actually be in that creative mode at the time.
Then you are no longer going to be in this state of being called depression. Of course, have to make it a habit/routine to do the things you want and make sure to go out there and leave your house to have some social connection to feel safe and happy all over again.
This will work very effectively since life is not meant to be in survival/victimize mode, but in creative mode!
Other than that, it is true that most depressed beta men are truly depressed because they have very low testosterone levels since they seem to lack in many factors as you can clearly see the huge difference between both types of men in this picture below here.
Therefore, you definitely need a natural testosterone enhancer to effectively stimulate your t-levels for you to have more courage, higher energy levels and improve overall mental and physical health for you to take action on a daily basis and confidently be in that creative mode instead of that survival depressed mode.
